Questions Before Buying a Medium-Speed Paper Cup Machine
What is the production speed of the SH-K01 paper cup machine?
SH-K01 is designed for approximately 75–80 cups per minute based on 7oz cups and up to approximately 70 cups per minute based on 12oz cups. Actual output varies with cup dimensions, paper condition and machine settings.
What is the difference between SH-K01 and SH-K02?
SH-K01 uses hot-air preheating and ultrasonic main side sealing and supports a broader range of coatings. SH-K02 is optimized for smaller cups and uses a metal-heater sealing configuration with single-side PE coated paper.
Does SH-K01 and SH-K02 require an air compressor?
No. The SH-K01 configuration does not require a separate factory air compressor, simplifying auxiliary installation requirements.

SH-K01 is available with PLA, PBS, single- and double-sided PE coated paper, and water-based PE. The exact paper specification should be reviewed before final setup. But SH-K02 is only available with normal PE coating
