1. Power Transmission Part
We are selecting materials to withstand high speeds indefinitely.
As we cannot specify which materials are used for this machine at the moment, higher speeds result in increased shocks to opposing components, such as those impacted bybearings. Over time, the machine’s operation can erode the surface of cams and other power transmission parts. In this case, sounds from the machine, vibrations, etc., will begin, and production speed will slow compared to its original condition.
To avoid this issue and maintain consistent production speed from start to finish throughout the life of the machine, we selected a very special material.This special material cannot be manufactured by any company using a milling machine. Therefore, it is true that we incur significantly higher costs (more than four times the cost of the standard material we use for SH-K01). Despite the high cost of production, it is our commitment to provide customers with our Super SH-K01 without any concerns.
2.Concreat base
We put a substantial amount of 250kg concrete in the frame base to effectively avoid any unwanted vibration and ensure a good, stable position on the ground. At the same time, this careful placement helps to significantly reduce noise levels, providing a quieter atmosphere for everyone involved.
3. Special coating on the mold and less weighted mold
In recent times, environmentally friendly coated paper is in high demand due to the growing awareness sustainable practices and the need for eco-friendly materials. Such coatings can be very sticky on the mold presenting unique challenges for manufacturers. If the paper adheres to the mold during processing, it can lead to serious complications that may disrupt production lines. In such instances, it is crucial to stop machine operations immediately, as continuing the process can result in frequent machine stoppages and costly downtime. Therefore, to effectively meet the market’s demand for environmentally friendly coated paper, we have developed specialized coating techniques that provide exceptional heat resistance and enhance overall efficiency in the production process.

6. Leakage prevent system
The most common and significant issue affecting the quality of paper cups is leakage.
Our advanced machine model, the MH-K01, is specifically designed with an innovative system that effectively prevents leaking cups. It is important to note that most instances of leakage occur when the machine is restarted after being halted due to an error.As long as the production process is managed correctly and the cups are not produced under conditions that may lead to leakage due to improper adjustments throughout the production cycle, the machine can efficiently identify any paper cups that may potentially leak. This is achieved through a reliable rejection system that ensures any defective cups are automatically removed and set aside.
Please note that the rejection system operates only when the machine is stopped and restarted, which primarily causes the leakage cases.
7. Automatic lubrication
All components requiring regular lubrication are supplied with oil automatically.
8. Side sealing components with two-step sealing by hot air and Ultrasonic
To achieve a perfect seal on paper and ensure optimal performance, the MH-K01 model employs a high-performance hot air heater for effective pre-heating, combined with ultrasonic sealing that guarantees a secure and durable seal every time.
9. Two-Step Curing Process
The two-step curling system significantly improves the durability and visual appeal of paper cups by creating a robust and slim rim on the upper edge.
10.Bottom paper servo drive motor
The servo motor plays a crucial role in efficiently feeding the bottom side of the base paper into the machine at high speeds, while also ensuring that it precisely positions the cutting mechanism for optimal performance.
11.Automatic male-functioned bottom paper removing system
If there is a problem at the side sealing area and the machine restarts, only the bottom side paper may arrive at the heating part, which can cause a fire if the bottom paper is accompaniedby another paper cup and dropped into the heating part or if there is a seriously damaged paper cup that can cause damage to the part. Therefore, to prevent the sole arrival of the bottom paper, the model MH-K01 is equipped with a system that removes and rejects the bottom paper.
12. Saftey Door
In the event that the operator decides to open the machine’s door, the machine will automatically come to a stop to ensure the safety and protection of the operator. This precautionary measure is essential for preventing any potential accidents or injuries that may occur during operation.
13. Quality inspection system with super vision camera
This is to effectively detect any dust that may be present inside the paper cup, as well as to identify issues such as a severely curled rim and any potential leakage that could occur from a noticeable gap between the bottom base and the side wall of the paper cup. These are significant defects in quality that can lead to complaints from customers, which can ultimately create major issues for users of the product. Addressing these potential quality control problems is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and preventing negative feedback in the marketplace.
14. Digitalized Cam Positioner
The compositioner is to conveniently adjust the timing of the air supply using a simple button interface, allowing users to make necessary adjustments without the need to interact with or touch any internal parts of the machine.
